Sales Policies

This agreement shall govern participation in the gettrafficnetwork.com Guaranteed Visitors program. By participating in the Program you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The term 'customer' shall refer to any individual or entity who accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement by submitting the Program registration.

All orders that are placed through gettrafficnetwork.com are subject to the following terms and conditions. By placing an order it is understood that you have read, comprehended and agreed with these terms.

These TERMS and CONDITIONS are an agreement between you ("CUSTOMER, CLIENT") and gettrafficnetwork.com ("us"). They should be read and understood. PAYMENT:

All customers are required to pay one-hundred (24 hr) percent of the cost of the campaign before its activation. gettrafficnetwork.com reserves the right to set and negotiate specific payment terms on a Customer-by-Customer basis.

PARTICIPATION:

gettrafficnetwork.com shall have absolute discretion as to whether or not it accepts a particular customer or site for participation in the Network.

1.gettrafficnetwork.com will not deliver visitors to the sites containing content that is not appropriate for viewing by a general audience. The following are examples (including but not limited to) of the type of sites we will not delivery visitors to:

Sites containing or linking to software piracy Sites containing or linking to any form of illegal activity (i.e., how to build a bomb, hacking, 'phreaking', etc.) sites with gratuitous displays of violence, obscene or vulgar language, and abusive content or content which endorses or threatens physical harm. Sites promoting any type of hate-mongering (i.e., racial, political, ethnic, religious, gender-based, personal, etc.) Sites that participate in or transmit inappropriate newsgroup postings or unsolicited email (spam). Sites promoting any type of illegal substance or activity sites with illegal, false or deceptive investment advice and money-making opportunities. Sites with any type of content reasonable public consensus deems to be improper or inappropriate. All campaigns are considered active the moment the first visitor (Hits/Traffic) is delivered to the client site.

2. Your Advertisement Page my not contain any other Popup windows (unless you have purchased the Unlimited Popup options). Any additional window generated by your site shall be considered a popup window, including popups, pop-behinds, or exit popup windows. If a popup window is installed on the URL at any time, gettrafficnetwork.com may stop the campaign and you will not be entitled to a refund.

3. Your Advertisement Page can not have background music or sounds.

4. Your Advertisement Page can not contain scripts that alter users browser settings.

5. Your Advertisement Page can not contain any frame breaking codes.

6. TO insure compliance with these terms and conditions, any Customers that change their content after approval for membership MUST notify gettrafficnetwork.com of the changes in writing IMMEDIATELY. If your site is changed during the campaign such that it includes inappropriate content, gettrafficnetwork.com may stop your campaign immediately. In this case, you will not be entitled to a refund.

DATA REPORTING (STATS):

All Campaigns purchased on the Network are served, tracked and reported by us. We use a state of the art tracking system to track your ad campaign. Each order is given a unique campaign id which is used to track visitors to your site by day/time. When we provide an ad view, gettrafficnetwork.com points the visitors to this campaign id.

Client is financially responsible for every hit / traffic delivered to their website. You agree to pay for all traffic that was sent to you plus you agree to pay 15% cancellation charge payable through Paypal (you must have a Paypal account) if you decide to cancel your order. Note you must have your campaign on PAUSE and provide us with your original payment information in order for us to promptly cancel your order.

All traffic/hits will be delivered to the website address submitted with the order. In the event that there is an error with the submitted URL, the Client will not hold gettrafficnetwork.com or it's Partner Sites responsible for the error. Any traffic delivered to a Client's site reflecting the above error, will not be credited or entitled to a refund.

In the event that the Client's site becomes unavailable for any reason ("server is down or unavailable, timed out, or shows to be active but with internal server errors, 404 errors and other types of common or uncommon errors associated with the internet and its underlying infrastructure"), the Client will not hold gettrafficnetwork.com or its Partner Sites responsible for these errors. All/Any traffic delivered to the Client's site during this down time will not be credited or refunded.

In the event that any of the above errors occur including any errors not listed but clearly intended, the client may submit in writing a request for the campaign to be placed on hold. Upon resolution of the problem the held campaign will continue. Any traffic previously sent will not be credit or refunded.

The client understands that if the visitor viewing the the ad closes it before it finishes loading (due to network bandwidth, high impact graphics, animation or lack of interest on the visitors part etc.), IT WILL COUNT AS AN AD VIEW ON OUR SYSTEM, WE HAVE SENT YOUR SITE TO THE VISITOR AND HAVE THEREFORE FULFILLED OUR OBLIGATION. It is important to note that this scenario may not appear in your website statistics.gettrafficnetwork.com cannot control the acts of the individuals viewing your site and will not be held responsible for these actions.

Client understands that HIT COUNTERS on your site DO NOT ACCURATELY REPRESENT THE NUMBER OF VISITORS SENT TO YOUR SITE. This is due to the large amounts of traffic sent to the site in a relatively short timeframe. Client also understands that gettrafficnetwork.com DOES NOT GUARANTEE SALES OR SIGNUPS AND WILL NOT ISSUE A FULL REFUND IF NONE ARE ACHIEVED!

PAYMENT LIABILITY:

gettrafficnetwork.com reserves the right to hold Customer and any agency, broker or other authorized representative of Customer jointly and severally liable for all amounts owed to gettrafficnetwork.com.

CANCELLATION:

Any campaign canceled by Customer may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 24 hr of that portion of the campaign scheduled to run during the three (3) day period following receipt by gettrafficnetwork.com of written cancellation notice from Customer. Any traffic already used will not be refunded. If a cancellation occurs due to a violation of Terms and Conditions, you will not be entitled to a refund.

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE:

While we are able to deliver traffic, and we guarantee to deliver targeted traffic, we do not guarantee sales of your product or service. We can guarantee that you will get the traffic you have purchased delivered to your site in the time you specify. If gettrafficnetwork.com fails to deliver traffic to your website in the time specified on your original order, you have the option of either requesting that we extend the due date and complete your traffic delivery or we issue you a pro-rata refund on the undelivered portion with no questions asked!

RATES:

All advertising rates are subject to change at any time.

MINIMUM CTR:

gettrafficnetwork.com does not guarantee minimum Click-through Ratio (CTR) for redirected visitors or any other service we provide.

GENERAL:

Client acknowledges that the order is for the stated term. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time after the stated term has ended.

Client may not sell, assign or transfer any of the rights or services accompanying the purchase. Client may not change the content of the URL being advertised in any manner without prior written approval by gettrafficnetwork.com authorized staff. Any attempt either by accident or design undermining the intention of this T.O.C. or the general principals that it was written for will result in immediate account deletion with no refund or adjustments available.

In the event that there is a discrepancy between the amount of traffic delivered by gettrafficnetwork.com, and the amount of traffic delivered to the Client, on their behalf,gettrafficnetwork.com and the client both agree to use the report prepared by our ("gettrafficnetwork.com") campaign manager to be the official report. The client understands and acknowledges that the campaign report received by gettrafficnetwork.com to be true and accurate and agrees to hold gettrafficnetwork.com, it's parent company as well as all companies and individuals involved harmless for any unexpected results arising from any advertising campaign.

gettrafficnetwork.com shall be permitted to identify Client as a gettrafficnetwork.com Client and may use Client's name in connection with gettrafficnetwork.com marketing materials. Subject to the prior approval of each party,gettrafficnetwork.com may elect to issue a joint press release announcing the Client's marketing partnership with gettrafficnetwork.com, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS:

No person under the age of 18 is allowed to participate in our program unless written permission from a parent or legal guardian, notarized, signed and dated, is sent as an email attachment to orders@gettrafficnetwork.com for any questions.

* Accounts that have not submitted content within 3 days of sending may have their send date cancelled and rescheduled at our convenience.

* Web Traffic Center reserves the right to postpone the send date up to 7 business days under extreme circumstances. In the event that the date is changed by Web Traffic Center, no additional fees will apply.

* Accounts will be sent out on scheduled date before 5pm PST. In the event that the click-thru guarantee has not been reached within 7 days of the first mailing. An additional mailing will be scheduled for the next available date.

* Any website that is offline, down or interrupted understands that we can not shut off traffic being delivered from previous email sent out. Traffic delivered during this time will not be credited.

* Since Web Traffic Center can not guarantee the amount of response to any given campaign mailing, the advertiser must understand that it may take up to 90 days to deliver the full amount stated in our guarantee.

* Client will be notified by email when the campaign begins. Support matters must be submitted through our ticketing system.

* Web Traffic Center is not responsible for any errors in content or links that are submitted by client.

* Web Traffic Center makes no warranties or guarantees towards sales of your products or services.
